In today’s episode of Figuring Out, we have Pathik Patel in conversation with Raj Shamani. He is the founder of Fit and Flex, the director of Basil Commodities, and a Marathon Runner. From Marathon to Shark Tank India, we discussed over many things in our conversation.

In this episode, we talked about how he got into the marathon, and how he has progressed in the running over the last few years. We then talked about how he made Rs1400 cr business last year, how he started, the challenges he faced during COVID-19, how the business picked up, and how it reached where it is today. We then discussed the ‘Shark Tank’ controversy of their brand and discussed all the blame that Sharks had put on his products. One by one he explained and gave answers to all those blames.

Towards the end, we talked about how big is the cereals market, what products are most consumed, and why these modern-day food options are needed. He shared how these products can be used as healthy snacking options. We then discussed how healthy are Subway brand’s food products and ended by asking him for advice for anyone who is planning to go to ‘Shark Tank India’.
